Invoicing& Renewal: Invoicing - Receipted invoices for new subscriptions are issued and despatched within 30 days following receipt of subscription payment. Renewal -Purposely, we do not offer a facility for automated subscription renewals by charging the card from which payment was originally made. Instead, subscription renewals are initially managed by post and are facilitated by the issuing of a renewal invoice on the anniversary of the commencement date. Subscribers are under no obligation to renew but must provide written confirmation of their wish to cancel. This can be supplied at any time, without penalty.
Postage & Packing: For subscribers choosing either subscription option offering hardcopy directories, the following postage & packing rates apply and also include postage and packing charges for update packs and newsletters issued each quarter throughout the year. Both directories come supplied with a free CD-Rom containing the latest versions of all databases in MS-Excel which have unlimited use permission for subscribers . Updates to the hardcopy directories are published every three months and are circulated to subscribers by post together with the latest newsletter. Updated versions of the databases are circulated by email when published. |
