Rising energy prices will also impact significantly on production costs.

While the pandemic has been extremely challenging for the bathroom and kitchen PODs industry, looking forward several market opportunities exist. These include the use of PODs to help fast-track the construction of residential apartment buildings, particularly affordable homes, and build-to-rent (BTR) properties.
