Become a UK Construction Week Role Model. We are looking for talented professionals and unsung heroes to share their stories, inspire others and celebrate the fact that construction can provide so many varied and wonderful opportunities. This is a great opportunity for companies to raise their profile by showcasing talent, colleagues to nominate professionals they feel deserve recognition, and a opportunity for unsung heroes to gain valuable encouragement, as well as help recruit a whole new generation of construction professionals.

Successful UKCW Role Models will be asked to speak at UK Construction Week on the Main stage or individual show stages, to take part in our UKCW student initiative, and they will be asked to write blogs among other initiatives. They are also invited to selected events, as well as being VIPs at UK Construction Week London and UK Construction Week Birmingham (1-3 Oct, NEC).

Whilst all those selected in the group will gain significant profile from the campaign, there will be awards presented at the event itself to those who have been selected by the UKCW Advisory Committee to have been deemed the UKCW Role Models of the year. The 2024 Role Models Shortlist will be announced in May at UKCW London and the awards ceremony will be taking place in October at UKCW Birmingham.
