Architectural Practices
Senior named contacts at over 1,350 UK architectural practices. It has been compiled with a focus on identifying medium and larger practices and, consequently, smaller firms comprising a single practitioner have been omitted. All practices featured in the Architects’ Journal ‘Top 100’ league table (AJ100) have been included.
In addition to the contact name, the information also includes address, telephone number, website and email address. This latest edition provides the highest number of named email addresses at over 87%, the balance being made up of generic addresses, such as practice@, info@, etc.

The UK Construction Industry has awards for almost every sector and professional discipline. Our database lists over 170 events, with contact information, offering sponsorship opportunities in the UK construction industry.
Builders’ Merchants
Named contacts, with buying authority or influence, at over 260 of the UK’s largest builders’ merchant chains, which, we estimate account for more 8,000 branches. The database covers only the industry’s chains (defined as those with more than one branch), so local, single-branch firms, have been omitted. All the firms that appear in the latest Top 20 league table published by Professional Builders Merchant magazine and the Top 50 published by Builders Merchants Journalhave been included.
In addition to the contact name, the information for each entry also includes the number of branches for each firm, the primary activity (i.e. heavyside, lightside, timber, etc.), address, telephone number, and website. The database has been compiled with a focus on identifying prominent practitioners in the country who are active in the broad design of building interiors. Consequently, specialist designers who focus primarily on designing particular environments such as kitchens or bathrooms, or those focused on designing furniture components, have been omitted. In addition we have included (and indicated on the database) most of the (relevant) practices featured in the latest edition of the triennial ‘Top 100 Interior Designers’, a league table published by House and Garden.
