The aim of the guide is to provide information and support to civil engineering contracting companies, providers of professional and management services, and their respective supply chain partners who have not previously been engaged with Highways England and the UK procurement process.   For smaller companies, information is included to make it easier to find work and to do business with Highways England and their suppliers.
