Construct UK is delighted to be supporting the Construction Marketing Awards (CMA) once again. Now in their 25th year, the CMA shine a spotlight on the campaigns, strategies, and creative thinking transforming the built environment. Whether you’re part of a team or flying solo, it’s your chance to be recognised for marketing that truly makes a difference. The awards are open to anyone working in marketing within the sector — from materials suppliers and consultants to architects, engineers, and contractors. Whatever your role, if your work has delivered real results, this is your platform to share it.

As part of the CMA’s 25th-anniversary review, the organisers have confirmed a fully client-side judging panel for 2025.

The change sits alongside its refreshed categories and follows a governance update completed earlier this year. The aim is simple: maintain absolute independence and avoid any perceived conflicts.

The awards now have 24 judges confirmed, bringing senior in-house perspectives from across the construction and built-environment sector. New faces for 2025 include:

Luke Wilcox, Content Director, MAD//Fest
