3. BIM Level 2
This website is a collaboration between the British Standards Institute and the Department of Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy. It was set up in 2016 and, although it appears to be being only sporadically updated, it can still be useful.
4. BuildingSMART
BuildingSMART international not-for-profit organization. Its programs drive the development and active use of open internationally-recognized standards, applications, training, and certification procedures, helping to support the wider uptake of Building Information Modelling.

The CIOB (Chartered Institute of Building) website for BIM-related news, plus information on BIM projects, education, people, etc.
6. UK BIM Framework
The UK BIM Framework is designed to be the first stop for anyone who is responsible for specifying, delivering or managing information for an asset. It sets out the approach for implementing BIM in the UK using the framework for managing information provided by the ISO 19650 series.
