The CMA Awards have been streamlined and modernised for 2025 — reducing the number of categories from 28 to 20 — to better reflect how marketing is practised in the built environment today.
This year’s changes are the result of a comprehensive review by a working group of senior industry professionals. The aim was to remove duplication, reflect emerging trends, and ensure the awards continue to recognise the most effective, creative and strategic work in construction marketing.
New categories include:
People and agency recognition remain a core part of the programme, with awards for Agency of the Year, Team of the Year, and Emerging Talent.
Entries are now open (closing on Friday, 19th September). The winners will announced at a Gala Dinner on 3rd December 2025 at a new venue in London.
