Last updated in Summer 2026, the information provided includes senior named contacts at over 200 of the UK’s largest building surveying practices. All relevant organisations that appear in the latest Top 150 Building Consultants league table, published annually by Building magazine, have been included.

Email addresses have been included with approximately 95% being name-specific to the contact. In addition, and where possible, we have included Linkedin and Facebook information for each organisation. Other information provided includes address, telephone number, and website.

Quantity Surveyors Database

Last updated in Summer 2026, the information provided includes senior named contacts at over 200 of the UK’s medium to large quantity surveying practices.  All relevant organisations that appear in the latest Top 150 Building Consultants league table, published annually by Building magazine, have been included.

Email addresses have been included, with approximately 94% being name-specific to the contact, together with address, telephone number, LinkedIn and website.

NB  The two lists complement each other and, whilst there is duplication of practices in the two, the contacts for the firms are different in each list.
