Last updated in Spring 2025, the information provided includes senior named contacts at over 200 of the UK’s largest building surveying practices. This list complements a similar list of 180+ UK Quantity Surveying Practices and, whilst there is duplication of practices in the two, the contacts for the firms are different in each list. All relevant organisations that appear in the latest Top 50 Building Surveyors league table, published annually by Building magazine, have been included.

Email addresses have been included with approximately 95% being name-specific to the contact. In addition, and where possible, we have included Linkedin and Facebook information for each organisation. Other information provided includes address, telephone number, and website.
