Yapı-Turkeybuild Istanbul, one of the five largest building exhibitions in the world, is eagerly anticipated by the building and construction sector and will be held at TÜYAP Fair Convention and Congress Center from 16^th to 19^thApril 2025. Yapı-Turkeybuild Istanbul, which aims to create new business, partnerships, and purchasing opportunities by leveraging its strong global network for the construction sector and holds a significant share in exports, is counting down the days to welcome its visitors.

This year, Yapı-Turkeybuild Istanbul will welcome thousands of visitors over four days and will feature exhibitors from Italy, Austria, China, Russia, Thailand, the Republic of Korea, Portugal, Egypt, Georgia, the Czech Republic, and Azerbaijan. With more than 10,000 professional international visitors expected, the exhibition is preparing to welcome 400 VIP Hosted Buyers from 100 countries, including major markets such as the USA, China, Russia, the UAE, the UK, Germany, Saudi Arabia, India, Egypt, Italy, and France.

Banu Keskin, Director of the exhibition, said, “The most important figures in the construction and architecture world will come together to present new business models, products, and ideas that will shape the future of the building sector for our entrepreneurs. This year, we believe that the topics covered—ranging from sustainability to technological transformation, from social impact to economic balance—will play a key role in shaping the sector’s development. Believing that the future of architecture lies in today’s transformative power, the exhibition will showcase a wide array of innovations—from advanced materials to smart technologies, from sustainable designs to projects with significant social impact. This year, we are expecting around 47,000 visitors from more than 125 countries. We are also aiming for a business volume exceeding 500 million euros.”

Emphasising that they aim to offer new opportunities to the pioneers of the sector with their experience and knowledge in the construction sector, Keskin continued, “Yapı-Turkeybuild Istanbul will also offer a valuable platform for direct engagement with retail chains, construction companies, subcontractors and other key industry stakeholders interested in construction materials, machinery, and cutting-edge technologies. Accordingly, we have meticulously prepared a highly productive and insightful event program. Our exhibition will present us the new business models, products, and ideas considering the future of the building sector. In this respect, the exhibition holds great significance for bringing the industry together with entrepreneurs to achieve more innovative, solution-oriented, and efficient outcomes, which is crucial for further strengthening Türkiye’s well-established position in the construction sector.”

Event Programme Full of Innovative Steps and Sectoral Meetings

As part of the Yapı-Turkeybuild Istanbul 2025 Event Programme, a series of meetings focusing on the economic, technological, social, and environmental transformation of the architecture and building sector will be organised. For four days, events rich in content will take place under the motto “Design with Innovation, Improve with Technology, Make an Impact and Transform Together!”

April 16 “Fueling Discovery”

Innovations shaping the future of the construction industry, including groundbreaking discoveries in material science and smart materials inspired by nature, will be brought to the forefront.

April 17 “New Matrix of Architecture”

This will explore how AI-powered design is transforming creativity, the flexibility and efficiency of parametric modeling, and the impact of 3D printing on construction as data and algorithms replace traditional design approaches.

April 18 “Designing Impact”

Will focus on waste reduction, recycling, and social inclusion in construction, with discussions on impact economics and sustainable approaches. Decision-makers and thought leaders will come together to strengthen collaborations between local governments, academia, and the private sector.

April 19 “Together We Transform”

Talks will bring together designers, material producers, urban planners, artists, academics, and local governments to explore inclusive, sustainable, and innovative ways to build the cities of the future.

Yapı Master Class, Yapı Tech Garage, and the Golden Magnet “Booth Design Awards”

Yapı–Turkeybuild Istanbul 2025 serves as a crucial international platform, alluring visitors with a diverse array of both domestic and foreign exhibitors. This event promises an interactive exhibition experience, complemented by the Yapı Master Class with architects. Visitors registered for Yapı Master Class will be able to visit exhibitor booths among various product groups within the exhibition venue, accompanied by the moderators, and engage in discussions centred around the daily theme. Visitors will have the opportunity to contact directly the master architects and engineers as the guests of the event, as well as take advantage of their experiences.

At Yapı Tech Garage, startups that are revolutionizing building design, implementation, and customer experience with next-generation technologies will have the opportunity to showcase their innovative products on stage.

Brands and exhibitors who promote their products in a sustainable and innovative manner will be rewarded with the Golden Magnet “Booth Design Awards” as part of the exhibition.
