Kima is Denmark’s leading manufacturer of roof ventilation products and accessories, supplying merchants and distributors across Scandinavia. Over many years, the company has been instrumental in bringing to the market innovative products, such as the KimaAir Undertile Roofing Vent.
Recently, Kima has undertaken a programme to develop further its export sales and is now also supplying its products into the construction markets of Germany and Poland. The success of the recent expansion has led Kima actively to seek supply partners in other key European markets. Now, with the appointment of a distributor, the company is keen to work with suppliers across the building and DIY product supply sectors in the UK and Ireland. KimaAir Inside-Out – for Retrofitting
The KimaAir Inside-Out vent is the new and highly cost-effective way of protecting existing roof spaces against excessive condensation. Installed easily from inside the roof space, the KimaAir Inside-Out offers a major advantage as, previously, it has been difficult to retrofit ventilators once the roof tiles have been laid. Moreover, the innovative design eliminates the need to remove or replace the roofing underlay.
KimaAir Outside-In – for New Roofs
The KimaAir Outside-In vent is designed for use on new roofs to protect against condensation in the roof space. Highly economical and fast to install, the KimaAir Outside-In vent sits underneath the tiles, offering a new way of providing roof space ventilation. Unlike the Inside-Out retrofitted version, the unit is installed from outside the roof space and is ideal for new builds or re-roofing projects.
